| 摘 要： | 本文通过县精、资源优化配置、制订中长期规划三方面，论述了社会主义市场经济体制的新形热下农定区划工作的重要性及必要性，进而的是出今后县级农业区划工作应以党的真正 四届三中全会和中央农村工作会议精神为指标，加大宣传力度，树立信心，健全组织、制度，转变职能，优化服务，深化农业区划各项工作，为振兴农业经济作贡献。
