摘    要:介绍了1996年包头西6.4级地震震害并对地震经济损失作出了评估;根据包头市的震害评估经验,提出了大工业城市震害评估和工业设备、仪器仪表地震经济损失评定的基本原则和方法;此外,对大工业城市震害评估中有待解决的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:On the basis of the case in Zhengzhou City, this paper analyses a series of hydrogeological disaster because of the city expansion and industry development which caused the increase of mineral quantity of groundwater. These disasters include exhaustion of some areas groundwater resources, aquifer draining, increased wells interference and pumping cost, land subsidence, surface collapse, underground engineering submergence; soil salinization, and so on. The models of the quasi three dimensional dynamical emulation are built for control and optimization of the groundwater seepage field in study area. The groundwater flow is emulated with heterogeneous isotropic seepage model, and the partial differential equations are solved with finite difference scheme of irregular triangle net. Firstly, the inverse problem is solved for parameters calculating, then the positive problem is solved to calculate groundwater resources, and the groundwater field in the future is predicted under the condition of planned pumping from 1996 to 1998. By optimal control of seepage field of the groundwater, the hydrogeological disasters will be reduced to its minimum in overall research area.
