防爆防弹军用方舱防火保护层技术探讨

从军事需求分析出发,分析了国内外方舱防火保护的基本现状,总结了国外方舱的主要防护材料,如芳纶纤维复合材料,玻璃纤维复合材料,陶瓷复合材料等。指出了我国现有的军事方舱均为未采用任何防火措施,很容易被摧毁,舱载设备和人员很难发挥实战作用。尤其是当运输车在枪林弹雨中穿梭时,高温炙烤时,现有的防火层聚氨酯泡沫材料就会发生软化、流淌,甚至起火。提出了防火防爆军用方舱设计技术方案,详细阐明了设计思路、设计特点、制作工艺,并说明了该设计的优势。

Study on fire-protection layer of blastproof and bulletproof square cabin for military use

From the requirement of army,the current status of development for square cabin equipped in automobile was analyzed.The aromatic polyamide fiber,glass fiber composite materials and ceramics composite materials were described.Existing domestic square cabins hadn't been equipped with any fire-protection measures,resulting that the cabin body was easily to be destroyed and the equipment and personnel were very difficult to bring into play an important actual combat role.Especially,when the traffic shuttles in battle,the polyurethane layer will be intenerated,then fired.The result showed that the square cabin had severe hidden safety trouble.Then,the technology scheme of fire-protection square cabin was brought forward.And the design thought,characteristic,arts and crafts were illuminated in detail.
