厌氧-好氧-物化工艺处理淀粉废水的工程实例

摘    要:文章介绍了厌氧-好氧-物化工艺在处理淀粉废水中的应用,并给出了主要构筑物的设计参数,工程运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD5、SS分别为12860mg/L、6400mg/L、3260mg/L的条件下,该系统的COD、BOD5、SS去除率均在99%以上,具有处理设施运行稳定,处理效果好等特点,系统出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准,产生的沼气可作辅助燃料,沉淀的黄浆可外卖,具有良好的环境效益和社会经济效益。

Abstract:Wastewater of cassava-starch production treated using the anaerobic/aerobic/physicochemical process was reported. With the treatment capacity of the facility of 2,400m3/d and the concentration of COD as high as 12,860mg/L in the influent,quality of the effluent from the process can meet the national wastewater discharge standard of GB 8978-1996,the operation,in general,being stable. At the same time,it is reported that biogas retrieved from the anaerobic unit is collected and used as fuel.
