铜绿微囊藻对磷酸盐的代谢及动力学研究

摘    要:文章主要分析了水体磷浓度对铜绿微囊藻营养盐吸收代谢的影响,发现在一定范围内铜绿微囊藻对水体磷的吸收比率与水体磷浓度成正比,铜绿微囊藻对水体中磷营养盐的吸收比率在叶绿素-a达到最大现存量时,数值虽然有小幅上扬,但是没有出现激增的情形。通过Droop模型研究发现铜绿微囊藻的最小限制性细胞磷份额为0.028mg/L。

Abstract:This paper maily analyzes the impact of phosphorus to Microcystis aeruginosa on nutrient metabolism. It was found that the rate of phosphorus to Microcystis aeruginosa is proportional to the phosphorus concentration,when the chla is at maximum,the ratio of Microcystis aeruginosa to phosphorus nutrients is only a slight rise,but no sharp increase in cases. Through establishing the Droop model,the lowest restrictive phosphorus concentration is found ass 0.028mg/L.
