优势复合菌剂处理黑臭河水的实验研究

摘    要:初试条件下系统的考察了优势复合菌剂对西洋河黑臭河水水体的处理效果,实验结果表明:(1)优势复合菌剂能有效降低黑臭河水的COD、氨氮和总磷,去除率达到80%以上;(2)好氧条件下的处理效果要优于自然条件下的处理效果;(3)不同的接种量(V菌/V水)、温度、pH值及摇床转速对处理效果均有不同的影响,由正交试验得到的最佳降解条件为接种量10/10000、温度35℃、pH值9、转速100r/min。在优化条件下对COD、氨氮和总磷的去除率分别达到67.83%、70.29%、70.59%。

Abstract:Effect of dominant complex bacterium on black and odorous water treatment in preliminary test was studied. Results indicated that the dominant complex bacterium can effectively remove COD,NH4+-N and TP from black and odorous river with removal rate above 80%. Effect of aerobic treatment was better than that of natural treatment. Several factors such as inoculated quantity of complex bacteria,temperature,pH and agitating speed influenced the removal efficiency. Orthogonal test showed under the best degradation conditions such as inoculated quantity 10/10000,temperature 35℃,pH 9 and agitating speed 100r/min,removal efficiency of COD,NH4+-N and TP was 67.83%,70.29% and 70.59% respectively.
