昆明"6.24"城市洪涝气象成因分析

摘    要:2006年6月24日云南昆明发生了当年最为严重的一次城市洪涝,利用T213数值预报产品资料对这次突发性洪涝灾害的气象成因进行了诊断分析,结果表明此次强降水与高空切变线南压及西太平洋副热带高压外围西南暖湿气流有关,高空切变线南压有利于引导北方冷空气南下入侵,而西太平洋副热带高压外围西南暖湿气流为此次洪涝灾害的爆发提供了丰富的水汽。过程期间,高低层存在明显的高空辐散、低空辐合的抽吸特征及明显的上升运动,低层700 hPa昆明上空一直存在明显的水汽通量高值区。卫星云图及雷达回波上也有明显的中小尺度降水云团活动,造成了昆明2006年入夏以来的最大降水,导致昆明出现了严重的城市洪涝灾害。

Abstract:Based on T213 numerical forecast products,the abrupt city flood caused by heavy rain in Kunming,Yunnan province on June 24,2006 is analyzed.The results indicate that the event has a close relation with the southward movement of upper shear line and the peripherad southwest warm and wet airflow.During the event,there is obviously upper air divergence and low-level convergence.The ascend movement is also obvious.There is high value area of moisture flux in 700 hPa.The obviously activities of mesoscale and microscale rain cloud cluster in satellite infrared and radar echo lead to the maximal rainfall of Kunming in June of 2006 and result in severe flood disaster in Kunming city.
