基于ADAMS仿真平台的自行火炮故障仿真预测方法

摘    要:针对故障仿真预测技术的现状和发展,分析了ADAMS仿真平台和专家系统的优缺点.根据自行火炮系统结构的特殊性,提出基于ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis Mechanical System)仿真平台和专家系统的故障仿真系统的建模方法和设计思想.仿真过程根据用户输入的初始状态真实体现出系统在服役状态的量变,产生动态模糊关系矩阵,并由动态模糊综合评判得到系统可能出现的故障,由预测结果调用知识库中的诊断知识产生实际发生的故障部件.这样建立的仿真模型不仅能表达领域对象的动态属性、行为特性,又能表达专家的经验、判断决策等知识,还具备较强的数值计算及过程控制能力.

Abstract:Fault simulation is one of the key means to ensure the reliability and safety of the weapon systems. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis Mechanical System) simulation platform and the expert system based on the analysis of the actuality and development of fault simulation instruments. Considering the particularity of the causes leading to the faults of the weapon, the present paper has put forward for the first time a model with the corresponding techniques designed for the simulation. The modeling process has been designed for the simulation with the quantitative changes of the system running conditions with the help of the computer data input. To present such a complex dynamic process in a simpler and clearer manner, we have established a dynamic membership formula in accordance with the changes of the working conditions, namely, the abrasion, weariness and so on, which can be shown in a variety of components and physical parameters. Based on the result predicted, the actual fault components can be brought about by using the data provided in an expertise system concerned. The simulation model resulted contains actually not only a variety of the dynamic proprieties and the performance characters of the gun tested but also the experience and decision of the experts. In addition, it also helps to analyze the actual value of the computation and process control. The paper also provides an overall structure and function frame of Self Propelled Gun Fault Simulation System (SPGFSS). It would be more meaningful to say the present simulation model may give a direct push to the arms safety and security insurance.
