| 摘 要： | 与液液萃取法相比，固相微萃取法测定5种有机磷农药精度密度和灵敏度更高，并具有较好的相关系数和较低的检出限，且使用时萃取头上的待测物至少保护24h不会损失，方法简便、快捷，无污染。

| Abstract: | Determination five organophosphorus pesticide by solid phase extraction method comparing with liquid-liquid extraction method,the previous one has higher precision and sensitivity,and has a better correlation coefficient and lower detection limit,the extract can retain 24 hours without lost.The method is fast,simple and no pollution. |
