随州市噪声环境质量控制和管理的探索

摘    要:2004年,随州市城区面积20.7 km2,人口35.5万人,城区人口密度1.6万/km2;全市拥有机动车32 000多辆,平均车流量1 214辆/h;环境噪声53.1 dB、交通噪声为69.7 dB。老城区民企混杂、主要道路人车混杂现象严重。通过科学规划,严格管理,疏导引导,2010年在中心城区建成面积达到40 km2,人口达到43万人的情况下,区域环境噪声降到51.7 dB,交通噪声降到65.8 dB。实现了城市人口增加,机动车辆增加,区域环境噪声和交通噪声平稳下降。

Abstract:In 2004,the urban area of Suizhou was 20.7 km2,there ware 35.5 million people living in the city,and the population density of the city was 1.6 million per square kilometer;in this city,there ware more than 32 000 vehicles,the average traffic flow was 1 214 vehicles per hour;the noise of environmental was 53.1 dB、the noise of traffic was 69.7 dB.The phenomenon that private enterprises mixed in the old city and person vehicle mixed on the main road.Through scientific planning、strict management and counseling guidance,in 2010,the center area in Suizhou increased to 40 km2 and population to 43 million people,meanwhile environmental noise reduced to 51.7 dB and traffic noise to 65.8 dB.Make it that the city population increases,the motor vehicle rises,the regional environmental noise and traffic noise steady decline.
