摘    要:稳定性同位素技术因其准确、灵敏和安全等特点而被广泛应用于生态学研究的诸多领域。稳定同位素技术在生物地球化学循环过程中存在独特的稳定同位素化学效应,近年来稳定同位素技术又被大量用于陆地生态系统碳循环机理方面的研究。湿地生态系统在全球碳循环中起着重要作用,其碳源和碳汇功能近来成为全球气候变化研究关注的重点问题。因此,碳的稳定同位素(13C)示踪技术适合研究从年到百年尺度的湿地碳循环过程。文章主要从湿地植被光合作用、土壤有机物质的沉积、溯源和可溶性无机碳的输入以及湿地中二氧化碳、甲烷排放等方面,重点综述稳定同位素技术在湿地生态系统碳循环中的应用。

Abstract:Stable isotope techniques have become useful techniques for ecological research in many areas.Stable carbon isotope discrimination provides a unique measurement in biogeochemical process,and is generally correlated with terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycle mechanism research efficiently.Wetlands are important ecosystems involved in global carbon cycle.The carbon source and sink of wetland have become the focus problem of studying global climate change.Therefore,δ13C value could indicate the carbon cycle of wetland ecosystem during long period.Stable isotope technique application of wetland ecosystem carbon cycle was focused on the following aspects: wetland vegetation photosynthesis,soil organic matter deposition and traceability,soluble inorganic carbon input,and wetland carbon dioxide and methane emissions,etc.
