| 摘 要： | 环境与经济的协调发展是实现可持续发展的重要途径。利用系统学原理和数理统计方法提出可持续发展模式下的环境与经济协调定量评价方法，对环境——经济协调度定量评估的步骤、方法包括数学模型的选择、建构，协调发展度指数的确定、推导和测算以及评价原则进行了具体的阐述。

| Abstract: | The development of environment and economy in concerted way is a main way to realize sustainable development. Based on systematic principle and mathematical statistics, we point out the fixed quality assessment way of the development in concerted way. And we also introduce in detail the assessment way of choosing mode, determining index and calculating etc. |
