复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM的制备及其污泥脱水性能

摘    要:在氮气保护下,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,采用壳聚糖与有机单体丙烯酰胺接枝共聚得到壳聚糖衍生物(CAM),并将其与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)复配,制备了一种复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM. 通过红外图谱(IR)和电镜扫描(SEM)分析,对复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM的结构进行了表征,对污泥脱水机理进行了探讨,并考察了复合絮凝剂用量对污泥脱水、沉降性能以及对滤液浊度和透光率的影响. 结果表明,复合絮凝剂CAM-CPAM具有良好的污泥脱水性能,当其投加量为30 mg/L时,污泥脱水率可达90%以上,沉降速率可达0.55 cm/s,滤液浊度小于8 NTU,透光率高于85%.
