我国职业卫生信息系统应用与展望

目前我国职业卫生监管手段落后、被动,应用信息技术能有效地提高职业卫生监管工作的效率,但由于应用范围较窄,真正连接企业和各级职业卫生监管部门的综合网络化的信息系统尚属空白。笔者在研究和分析我国职业卫生信息系统应用现状的基础上,对我国未来职业卫生信息系统的应用和发展进行了展望。提出将地理信息、自动监测、网络传输和辅助决策等技术应用于职业卫生领域,研究和开发分层次、多架构,具有辅助决策功能的综合网络化职业卫生信息系统,并强调该系统具有重要的发展前景和应用价值。

Review and Prospect on the Application of Occupational Health Information System in China

The methods of occupational hazard supervision are still backward and passive,which restrict the improvement of occupational hazard supervision.Applying information technologies to occupational hazard supervision can improve the work effectively.Although information technologies have been applied in the field of occupational health,the application range is still limited.The network system connecting enterprises and occupational health supervision departments is still blank.Based on reviewing studies on occupational health information system(OHIS) in China,the development of OSIH is prospected.It is suggested that the technologies of geographical information,automatic monitoring,network transmission and assistant decision should be applied to the field of occupational health,and that a hierarchical,multi-framework networking OHIS with assistant decision function should be studied and developed,which has a good development prospect and application value.
