基于生态承载力的成都产业空间布局研究

摘    要:以成都市的20个行政区县为基本评价单元进行生态承载力评价,在此基础上进行产业空间布局研究. 结果表明:成都市的生态承载力空间分布存在明显差异,呈从山区—丘陵—平原依次递增、从流域源头—末端依次递增的规律. 根据不同单元生态承载力的空间和阈值差异,将成都产业空间布局划分为4个类型区,即重点发展区、引导发展区、限制发展区和保护发展区;针对不同类型区的特征,制订产业准入门槛、产业规模和产业发展方向等产业发展调控策略.

Abstract:Taking Chengdu City as a case study, this paper considers the 20 administrative districts and counties that are the base of industrial spatial distribution as basic units for evaluating the ecological carrying capacity. The results show that there were significant differences in spatial distribution of ecological carrying capacity, which increased from mountainous to hilly to plain areas, and from the headstream to the downstream of the valley. Based on the threshold and spatial significance, the study divided Chengdus industrial space into four types:key development area, guided development area, restricted development area and protected development area. Furthermore, according to regional characteristics of each area, the industrial access threshold, industrial scale and industrial development direction were set up.
