| Abstract: | The current situation and existing problems of environmental impact assessment market are analyzed,such as profits pursued,good and bad EIA units mixed up,imperfect mechanism,certificate-borrowed EIA and subcontract EIA,and these harms on environmental impact assessment quality are discussed.It proposes that organizations of EIA tender and bidding should be established,EIA tender and bidding should be developed to promote the sound development of EIA market. |
