2002年11月-2003年2月国内安全事故数据

统计了2002年11—2003年2月国内发生的各种安全事故1050起，包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、毒物泄露和中毒、火灾及其他事故。统计表明，在这些事故中，矿业事故最多，占59．8％，平均每天5．2起事故，其次是交通事故(23．1％)、爆炸事故(5．6％)、其他事故(5．6％)、毒物泄露和中毒(3．1％)、火灾(2．7％)。1050起事故共死亡2733人，伤2248人，死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故43．O％、交通事故37．1％、其他事故7．2％、爆炸事故6．8％、火灾3．9％、泄露中毒1．9％；受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故63．7％、爆炸事故10．5％、矿业事故9．9％、泄露中毒6．9％、其他事故6．6％、火灾2．4％。章最后对2002年我国发生的一些事故进行了讨论。

STATISTICS OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS IN CHINA DURING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER IN 2002 TO FEBRUARY IN 2003

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from November in 2002 to February in 2003. There are 1 050 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 1 050 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 59.8%, 23.1%, 5.6%, 3.1%, 2.7%, and 5.6% respectively. The total casualty is 2 733 and the percentages for the six categories are 43.0%, 37.1%, 6.8%, 1.9%, 3.9%, and 7.2% respectively. The number of the wounded is 2 248 and the percentages for the six categories are 9.9%, 63.7%, 10.5%, 6.9%, 2.4%, and 6.6% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(163 accidents), Hunan(118), Chongqing(87), Shaanxi(77), Guizhou(69), Guangdong(51), Liaoning(47), Heilongjiang(46), Hebei(34) and Jilin(33). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Guizhou(304 dead), Sichuan(240), Shaanxi(225), Hunan(199), Chongqing(197), Shanxi(180), Guangdong(114), Heilongjiang(108), Liaoning(106) and Yunnan(105). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Guizhou(290 wounded), Shaanxi(205), Guangdong(204), Zhejiang(173), Chongqing(164), Heilongjiang(157), Liaoning(118), Guangxi(85), Gansu(79) and Yunnan(74). In the end, a statistical discussion on some accidents happened in 2002 is presented.
