| Abstract: | Flood disasters have been a serious restraint to the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Basin (YRB). After analyzing the major causes to the flood disasters of YRB, the paper proposes an integrated flood disaster prevention system for the sustainable development of the YRB. The starting point of the system is to rationally coordinate the relationship of population, environment and economy. |
