| 摘 要： | 尾水一直是困扰常州新区环境改善的主要问题，对此，本文胡定了控源集流，多级处理，分段达标三个基础思路，提出了尾水近期排江，远期战略性转移的策略以及相应的规划方案。

| Abstract: | Treated water has been one of the most important questions to improve water environmental quality for new developed area of Changzhou city. Instructed with thoughts of water treatment, such as source controlling and wastewater gathering, multilevel treatment and standardization progressively, we detemine that the treated water can be emitted into Yangtse River in the near future. While, in the long-dated run treated water should be transferred to suitable place for being disposed collectively. At last .corresponding planning scheme are given. |
