| 摘 要： | 本文对玉米花中的有害元素铅、镉进行了萃取──火焰原子吸收分光光度法的分析测定．研究了样品的处理方法，考查了萃取过程萃革取剂用量、酸度、相比等因素对灵敏度的影响．确立了最佳萃取条件．方法的相对标准偏差小于３．７％，检出限铅：０．０２ｍｇ／Ｌ，镉：０．００３ｍｇ／Ｌ．此方法快速、简便、灵敏，分析结果令人满意．

| Abstract: | In this paper,Pb and Cd in the popcorn were determined by extraction-atomic absorption method.The method of the sample treatment and the influence of different factors,such as the vioume of the extraction solvent,acidity and phase rate were studied. The best conditions of the extraction were determined.The realtive standard deviation of the results was lower than3.7%.The detection limit of Pb was 0.02mg/L and of Cd was 0.003 ml/L.This method was rapid,convenient and sensitive.The results of the analysis were satisfactory. |
