摘    要:
以北京高安屯垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,利用《温室气体排放核算指南生活垃圾焚烧企业》(DB 11/T 1416-2017),核算固定设施排放源的直接排放、间接排放和避免排放,并分析影响排放的主要因素。结果表明,2015年高安屯垃圾焚烧发电厂吨垃圾净CO2排放量为0.165 t,其中生活垃圾中矿物碳焚烧贡献量为0.375 t;燃烧产生的N2O贡献量为0.015 t;化石燃料燃烧贡献量为0.002 t;发电上网减排量为0.227 t。降低塑料类在入炉生活垃圾中的比例是减少垃圾焚烧发电厂温室气体排放的关键途径之一。

Abstract:
Guidelines for Accounting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Enterprise(DB 11/T 1416-2017) was used to estimate direct emissions, indirect emissions and avoidance of emissions from fixed facilities of Gaoantun Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant, Beijing. The major factors affecting emissions were also analyzed. The results showed that in 2015, the net CO2 emission was estimated to be 0.165 t of 1 t waste for incineration at the Gaoantun Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant, Beijing, in which contribution from fossil carbon incineration of municipal solid waste(MSW) was 0.375 t, contribution of the combustion of MSW to N2O was 0.015 t, contribution from fossil fuel combustion was 0.002 t, and the emission reduction in power generation was 0.227 t. Limiting the proportion of plastics in the incinerator is considered as one of the effective approaches to reduce GHG emissions from MSW incineration power plants.
