摘    要:
中国环境保护部和国家质量监督检验检疫总局联合发布了GB 13223-2014,要求火电厂烟尘排放限值应小于30 mg·m-3,老式单一的电除尘器已经很难达到环保要求。以某电厂为例,对电除尘器入口处接低低温省煤器和将原静电除尘器改造为电袋复合除尘器的2种优化改造方案进行了模拟,并对2种方案的经济性进行了分析,所得结论可供类似机组在电除尘器改造和设计时参考。

Abstract:
Recently,China's Ministry of Environmental Protection and the State Administration for Quality Supervision,Inspection,and Quarantine (GB 13223-2014) jointly set and released standard requirements for flue dust emission limits. As these stipulate a value less than 30 mg·m-3,it has been very difficult for old,single electrostatic dust collectors to meet the new requirements. Taking a power plant as an example,simulations are performed investigating two optimization schemes for installing a low-temperature coal dust collector at the entrance of an electric dust collector and transforming it to use electrostatic-bag precipitation. The resulting conclusions can be used for reference in the design of similar units.
