铁路职工健康教育与健康促进模式研究

健康教育和健康促进是推动“三个健康”管理工作扎实推进的重要措施,结合某铁路局集团公司健康维护过程,从落实健康教育与健康促进责任主体、开展个性化健康教育与促进、实施岗位与家庭健康教育和健康促进无缝对接等方面阐述健康教育和健康促进模式,进而提出实施健康教育与健康促进的体会,即做好全程健康教育与健康促进、提高健康管理依从性、提升管理人员专业素养、把握健康教育与健康促进关键环节,以期为深入开展健康教育与健康促进工作提供借鉴。

Research on Health Education and Health Promotion Model for Railway Workers

Health education and health promotion are important measures to promote the“three health”management work.Combining with the health maintenance process of a railway administration group company,this paper expounds the health education and health promotion mode from the aspects of implementing health education and promoting responsible subjects,carrying out personalized health education and promotion,implementing post and family health education and promoting seamless connection,and then puts forward the experience of implementing health education and health promotion.That is,to do a good job in the whole process of health education and promotion,to improve the compliance of health management,to enhance the professional quality of management personnel,to grasp the key links of health education and promotion,so as to provide reference for the further development of health education and health promotion.
