| Abstract: | Circular economy is an important strategic choice for domestic economic development. The framework of planning environmental impact assessment（PEIA） in circular economy industrial park was summarized, and the main contents of PEIA were concluded in our study. Then the index system construction of PEIA was discussed by using Xiangyuan Fuyang circular economy industrial park of Changzhi City in Shanxi Province as an example. According to the results of environmental impact identification, based on ecological function, characteristics of present resource environmental situation and distribution of sensitive target, the evaluation index system was determined. |
