粉尘爆炸技术的最新发展

摘    要:
系统论述了爆炸防护技术的最新发展,为了选择最佳防护措施必须恰当鉴定和评估,包括材料的性质。借助一些经验公式,可估算温度对各种材料操作参数的影响。用情化法不仅可防止可爆混合物的形成还可防止其着火。对设备的“结构防爆”措施,近年来已制造出买用的容器。可以确信,工业爆炸防护领域必将拥有足够的技术以有效地战胜爆炸危险。

Abstract:
Due to the crucial importance of explosion protection in modern accident prevention,asystematic overview of the current level of development of explosion protection technology ispresented. However, proper identification and assessment for the explosion hazards in an indispensable requirement for selection of the optimum protective measures or a combination ofseveral measures. This includes also the knowledge of the material properties which are anessential requirement for the safe running of unit operations.The transformation of the safety material properties into the plant conditions, is a veryimportant fact. This paper shows that with the help of developed numerical equations, theinfluence of the operating parameter temperature on different material properties can be estimated with sufficient accuracy provided the equations are used within its scope of applicability.With regard to the use of "preventive explosion protection" special attention is devotedto the latest findings concerning the measure which prevents not only the formation of hazardous explosible combustible dust/air mixtures through inserting, but also the ignition ofsuch hazardous explosible mixtures.The measures of "constructional explosion protection" of equipment have been investigated on a scientific basis in recent years in trials involving a great deal of technical effort anda large financial outlay conducted with vessels conforming to those used in practice.A general overview is given according to the state of the art of all protective measuresand the necessary decision marking criteria. It will be shown that the field of explosion protection in industry possesses the technology needed to effectively combat hazards due to explosions.
