压力机曲轴连杆机构降噪研究

摘    要:本文讨论压力机连杆机构发声机理和降噪方法,采用平衡器后可降低噪声3~4dB(A),如同时采用低噪声模具,单台压力机噪声可下降7~10dB(A)。

Abstract:The method of noise abatement are studied in this paper. By using a balancer in the press, the punching noise can be reduced by 4-5dB(A). In the mean time,by using a set of low-niose punching dies, the punching noise of the press can be reduced by 7-10dB(A) at the one's press.
