浅析鼓风机房在污水处理中的节能潜质

摘    要:在城市污水处理厂能耗结构中,鼓风机房权重约50%,并且由于技术和管理水平的限制,鼓风机房存在严重的电能浪费问题。以采用A2/O工艺的污水处理厂工程为例,通过鼓风机房单位水量电耗与生物系统单位水量需氧量的比较,对2009年12个月鼓风机房的节能潜质进行分析。结果表明,鼓风机房单位水量电耗和好氧池需氧量随月份的变化趋势不一致,其年均节能潜力为62%;仅通过鼓风机房的节能,污水处理厂的年均节能潜力就能达到27.2%,污水处理单耗就能由0.219kW·h/m3降到0.159kW·h/m3,可节约运行费用110.8858万元/a。

Abstract:In energy consumption structure of urban sewage treatment plants,the weight of blower room is about 50%,and because of the limit of the technology and management level,there is a serious waste of electricity in blower room.By using A2/O process sewage treatment plant engineering for example,through comparison of the blower room unit water consumption and the unit oxygen demand of biological system in 2009,the energy saving potential of blower room is analyzed.The results show that the change trend of power consumption of blower room that of the oxygen demand of aerobic tank is not consistent,the average energy saving potential is 62%;Only through energy-saving of the blower room,the annual energy-saving of the sewage treatment plant would be 27.2%,so sewage treatment unit power consumption can be reduced from 0.219 kW·h/m3 to 0.159 kW·h/m3,which can save operation cost 1.108858 million yuan/a.
