基于旅游者需求的旅游资源评价指标体系初探——以漳河风景名胜区为例

当前国内外主要旅游资源评价指标体系均从资源本身出发进行构建。选择从旅游者需求角度出发，在参考国内外主要旅游动机分类的基础上，结合国内旅游资源现状，通过频度统计法、理论分析法和专家咨询法等方法筛选出能显著代表旅游者需求的评价因子，试图构建基于旅游者需求的旅游资源评价指标体系，给出相应的评分依据和等级划分，再运用该指标体系对湖北省荆门市的漳河风景名胜区进行实证研究。

Primary Research on Evaluation Index System of Tourism Resources Based on Tourists＇ Demand

This paper summarized the main evaluation index system of tourism resources at home and aboard, and almost all evaluation index systems of tourism resources were constructed on the resource itself. The research focused on the demand of tourism and refered to the main classification of tourist motivation at home and aboard. Then the authors selected the evaluation indicators that evidently represented the demand of tourism by using Frequency Statistical Method, Theoretic Analytical Method and Delphi method, and attempted to establish the evaluation index system of tourism resources and gave the corresponding standard of evaluation and the grades. At last, Zhanghe Scenic Spot was evaluated according to the evaluation index system of tourism resources.
