摘    要:130 t/h煤粉炉烟气除尘器系统老化,净化能力降低,造成大气严重污染。为了满足新标准和当地政府对烟尘排放浓度的要求,需对该系统进行改造。根据现场的调研情况、对原电除尘器存在的不足和对长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器特点的分析,以及各方案的综合比较,确定将该电除尘器改造为长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器。根据改造方案,调整除尘工艺,将除尘器改造分为保留、拆除和改造三部分,相应地更换了主要设备。除尘器经运行调试成功,已运行半年,各项技术指标始终保持优良状态,环境效益与经济效益凸显。
