| 摘 要： | 逆向物流给企业带来效益的同时,也带来了生态物流的理念.逆向物流涉及了经济与生态环境两大系统,显现出了自身的特点与积极因素.逆向物流充分体现了循环经济发展之宗旨.加速循环经济的立法,并以相应立法来推动企业尽快实施物流活动是至关重要的.

| Abstract: | Reverse logistics brings the enterprises both great economic benefit and concepts of biologic logistics.Since Reverse logistics concerns two big systems of economy and biology,it has special characteristics and active factors.Reverse logistics fully embodies the purpose of cyclic economy.It's critic to set up such legal system to foster the enterprises to enact all activities concerning reverse logistics. |
