| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of die design process, this paper discussed the design flow chart of three dimensional die design system and major methods dealing in developing this system under the assembly environment of UG CAD software. Also the conclusive describing of key technologies and introduction of main functional modules were introduced in this paper. |
