石化工业园区污水处理工程实例

摘    要:田东石化工业园区污水处理工程设计规模为5000m3/a,采用水解酸化+A/O工艺,该工艺对工业园区污水处理效果好,运行稳定。出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准,完全满足排入右江的要求。污水处理运行成本1.13元/m^3。

Abstract:The design capability of Tiandong Petrochemical Industrial Park sewage treatment project is 5000m3/d.A/O Process and Hydrolysis- Acidification is adopted as the main process. It has been found that this process for Petrochemical Industrial Park sewage is quit well, as the effluent water quality is better than the quality of 〈Integrated Wastewater discharge Standard〉 class 1 and the system is quit stable. The quality of effluent water fully satisfied the requirement of water discharging to Youjiang. The sewage lreatment cost is 1.13yuan/m^3.
