| Abstract: | Based on the principle of the pollution probability, the atmospheric sampling station was set up on the coastal area of upstream wind side where the pollution probability is the highest. By studying on the real cases and comprising with station selecting principles of the regular wind and polluted wind, it shown that this principle has a dramatic practicality. |
