| 摘 要： | 西湟一级公路是丹东至拉萨国道主干线青海境内主要一段，由于其处在青藏高原和黄土高原的过渡地区，穿越多个生态区域，生态系统非常脆弱，因此在建设过程中，首先要对其产生的各种影响进行有效的评估；与此同时根据公路本身和沿线气候、地理地貌和植被分布的特点，结合恢复生态学的理论，提出从设计到施工有效恢复沿线生态的对策。

| Abstract: | Xihuang Highway is one part of the trunk line form Dandong to Lasa.Because it is located between Qingzang Altiplano and Huangtu Altiplanto and the zoology economy is very fragility,the impact evaluations should be performed before the construction.And at the same time,the suitable counter measure from design to construction is put to resume the zoology economy. |
