土壤石油污染物中正构烷烃降解特性研究

摘    要:分别以污染强度、营养物、氧化剂、表面活性剂、温度、土壤含水率、透气性为降解调控因子,研究土壤中石油污染物的微生物降解过程,采用色谱-质谱联用技术分析土壤石油污染物中正构烷烃含量的变化,详细地分析了正构烷烃降解过程。结果表明:C26和C30正构烷烃的降解速度模式相似,证实了正构烷烃随着碳原子数的增多,降解速度减慢。

Abstract:Taking pollution strength, nutrients (NH_4NO_3, K_2HPO_4), oxidant (3% H_2O_2 solution), surfactant (TW-80), temperature, water content and aeration of soil as factors to study the biodegradation process of oil pollutants, GC-MS was used to analyse the difference of ortho-structured alkane contents in soil. It has been found that the biodegradation mode of C_(26) was similar with that of C_(30), and the biodegradation process would slow down along with the increasing number of carbon atoms in alkanes.
