摘    要:2003年,四川共发生了8次泥石流灾害,造成了1130余人死亡和失踪,给地方经济带来了巨大的损失,是近年来灾害最为严重的一年。结合天气形势分析结果和收集的降水资料对8次泥石流灾害进行了分析,得出了泥石流灾害的发生大都伴有暴雨天气过程;暴发泥石流地区历年的降雨资料,说明这些区域在泥石流发生的当月,降雨量比历年普遍偏多。针对降雨对泥石流的激发作用和临界雨量问题,探索了四川泥石流灾害的发生规律,及相应预测预报和防灾决策。

Abstract:There were 8 debris flows in Sichuan in 2003.More than 100 persons died or disappeared and huge losses took place in these disasters.Combining meteorological data of the debris flow region,the results show that the debris flows occurred mostly together with rainstorms.Analyzing the rainfall data over the years,it can be found that the rainfalls in the month,in which debris flow occurred,were higher than that over the years.The critical rainfall triggering of the debris flows is discussed.The findings may be helpful to understand the processes of debris flows in these regions,and may also give some references to decision-making of debris flow prevention and forecast in the future.
