| 摘 要： | 公众参与作为环境管理的一个重要组成部分已被广泛接受,但受困于环境信息的管理制约而影响了公众参与的有效性.从公众参与内容的构建、公众参与环境管理信息的设计、公众参与环境管理措施的改进等几个方面研究了环境信息的管理,初步获得了公众参与环境信息管理的内容、实施措施,有利于公众参与的广泛执行.

| Abstract: | It has already been accept extensively that public participation was an importance constitute part of the environment management, but that it was stranded at the manage condition of environment information, so it influenced the usefulness of public participation. From public participation contents be seting up, the design of the information of public participation environment management, the improvement of the measure of public participation environment management ete, it studied the management of environment information, and acquired to the contents and carry out measure of the environment information management of public participation, and be advantageous to the extensive performance of the public participation. |
