| 摘 要： | 调查发现，张店区水泥行业整体经营粗放，资源、能源消耗高，综合利用水平低，生产能力落后，其生产对环境造成了严重的粉尘、废气和噪声污染。基于此基本情况，根据水泥行业产业政策，建议张店区水泥行业进行工艺创新、材料创新，完善水泥产业链，环保部门要加大监察力度。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation of cement industry in Zhangdian district, it is found that the whole cement industry is operated extensively with the characters of high consuming of resource and energy, low level of comprehensive utilization and backward production ca- pacity, cement production causes serious dust, exhaust gas and noise pollution. Based on this circumstance, according to cement industrial Policies, it suggests that Zhangdian district take process and material innovation and perfect cement industrial chains, environmental protection departments tighten inspection. |
