| Abstract: | The principle of the model-structed safety assessment utilizing system scientific theory is discussed.Based on the fuzzy feature of the state of assessment system and characteristics of persons in identification,understanding and acceptance,the possibility of multi-value method to express the state level and state present of assessment is put forward. |
