摘    要:为研究室内颗粒物的自然沉降和黏附玻璃表面的规律,将普通硅酸盐玻璃载玻片以与水平面呈不同夹角(0°,45°和90°)放置于实验室中,研究载玻片表面在未处理、经玻璃清洗剂或TiO2处理条件下,不同放置时间(1,3,10和30 d)内其黏附颗粒物的特性.结果表明:经TiO2预处理的载玻片表面黏附的颗粒物质量与放置时间呈正比,与水平面夹角呈反比;而未处理和经玻璃清洗剂处理的载玻片的上述关系不明显.经清洗剂预处理的载玻片表面的颗粒物数浓度、遮光比相对较小,说明可以通过表面预处理防止玻璃表面黏尘.载玻片表面黏附颗粒物的平均粒径不随放置时间、与水平面夹角和预处理试剂种类变化而明显改变,粒径主要集中在15~25 μm.

Abstract:In order to investigate the sediment and adhesion behavior on glass surface in room, common glass slides which have been treated by several chemical agents were placed in different angles with horizontal plane in the laboratory. After passing different time periods (1, 3, 10 and 30 d), the sediment and adhesion characteristics of dust particle on the glass slides with pre-treating by cleaning agent and TiO2 or without pre-treating at various placing angles (0°, 45° and 90°) were investigated. The results show that the sediment mass of dustparticle on the glass slides treated by TiO2 is proportional with the sedimentary time and inverse proportional with the angle of slides. For the slides treated with cleaning agent and no treating, the above relationship is un-obvious. Forthe slide treated by cleaning agent, the number concentration of particle adhered on it and the passing ratio of light through the slide are rather small. Thisphenomenon proves that pre-treating technology by cleaning agent can prevent dust adhesion on the glass. Generally, the particle size adhered on the slide is almost kept un-variable though the sediment time and the placing angle are different. The diameter of particle is concentrated in 15 to 25 μm.
