| 摘 要： | 针对目前食品生产和加工过程中存在的普遍使用违禁药物行为，分析了食品质量和安全问题现状，提出发展绿色食品的可行性和迫切性，深信随着人们生活水平的提高，绿色食品必然会有十分广阔的发展空间。
