This paper compares the non/low cost projects,analyzes and implements the mid/high cost projects in a paper making company that uses waste cardboard and paper as regenerative resource,to save energy,reduce consumption and polluion,increase benefit.The result shows that implement cleaner production can reduce the set out pollutant quantity and no waste water discharge.
