| 摘 要： | 根据对自然灾害灾情的调研，提出了自然灾害综合灾情分级的指标体系和单指标分级标准，然后应用灰色聚类方法建立了自然灾害综合灾情分级模型，并探讨了该模型在评估1993年中国沿海地区台风、暴雨灾害灾情中的应用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation of natural disaster situation, the index sys-tem and single-index grading criteria for grading of comprehensive situation of natural disasters are proposed and then, using grey clustering procedure, the grading model of comprehensive situation of natural disaster is developed. Finally, the application of the model to assessment on disaster situation of typhoon, storm occurred along the coastal areas of China in 1993 is discussed. |
