摘    要:研究运用ICP-OES法直接测定海水中铜的含量。选择特征谱线,调节最佳仪器参数进行测定。研究表明:在0~50μg/L线性范围内,曲线相关系数可以达到0.999 8,方法检出限为0.5μg/L,加标回收率在102%~105%之间,RSD≤4.7。直接进样-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES法)测定海水中痕量铜,前处理简单,灵敏度高,检出限低,干扰少,线性范围宽,操作简单、快捷。

Abstract:ICP-OES method for direct injecting determination of copper content in seawater was studied by selecting spectral lines and adjusting the best instrument parameters. Results shows that: in the 0-50μ/L linear range, correlation coefficient can reach 0.999 6, the detection limit is 0.5 μ/L, the addition standard recovery is 102%-105%, RSD ≤4.7. Direct injection-ICP-OES method for the determination of trace copper in seawater has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high sensitivity, low detection limit, less interference, wide linear range, simple operation, fast.
