Abstract:Gas chromatography was applied to measure the concentration of residue profenofos in nature conditions of paddy field.The results indicated that the average recovery rate of profenofos in soil,straw,rice,bran and water samples ranged from 87.2% to 103.6% with the relative standard deviation ranged 3.20%-11.50%.The minimum detectable concentration of profenofos was 0.050 mg/kg in soil,straw,rice and bran,and 0.005 mg/kg in paddy field water.The half-life of profenofos was 0.88-2.99 d in paddy field water,1.1...
