TBP-泡塑填料柱萃取回收铁钍渣浸出液中钍的研究

摘    要:将TBP固定在改性泡塑载体上,用于萃取回收铁钍渣硝酸浸出液中Th4+。试验表明:TBP泡塑填料萃取分配比高,萃取容量大,当溶液硝酸浓度为4mol/L,接触时间10min时,萃余液中Th4+浓度小于001mg/L,反萃液中Th3+浓度达84g/L,Fe3+和Ce3+浓度小于01mg/L,萃取容量为TBP泡塑填料1g可萃取Th4+028g;TBP泡塑填料化学性质稳定,分相容易,能有效防止乳化现象。

STUDY ON RECOVERY OF TH4+ FROM LEACHATE OF FERROTHORIUM SLAG BY THE TBP\|FOAMED PLASTICS COLUMN EXTRACTION
Abstract:Tributyl phosphate (TBP) is fixed to foamed plastic carrier and the TBP column filling is used for extraction of Th4+ in nitric acid leachate of ferrothorium slag.The results show that the TBP\|foamed plastic column filling has a high extractive efficiency to the Th4+ ion.When concentration of the nitric acid in the solution is 4mol/L and contact time is 10min,the concentration of Th4+ in the extraction raffinate is lower than 0.01mg/L,and the extraction capacity is about 280mg/g.The ion concentrations in the strip Liquor are:Th4+=84g/L,both Fe3+and Ce3+ less than 0.1mg/L.The chemical properties of the filling are stable.It is available to prevent the water and TBP from emulsifying.
