摘    要:研究了1-硝基芘在模拟大气条件下的光化学反应。采用氙灯作光源,使具有一定流速的载气(N_2、O_2或空气)将涂有1-硝基芘的颗粒物载体悬浮在石英流化床反应器中进行光照反应。采用脱机的HPLC/MS鉴定了产物的主要组成,研究了其反应动力学和1-硝基芘在光反应前后的生物致突变性变化。根据实验结果,对其在环境中的化学行为进行了初步推测。

Abstract:Potoreaction of particle-bound 1-nitropyrene under simulated atmospheric condition has been studied. When 1-nitropyrene coated on the surface of silica gel was suspended in the stream of N2, O2 or air respectively and exposed to intensive light of xenon lamp, photochemical reaction took place and the result of kinetic study showed it to be of second order The photoreaetion products were identified by off-line HPLC/MS as 1, 6-pyreneruinone, 1, 8-pyrenequinone, trinitrohydroxypyrene, di-nitrohydroxypyrene, 6,6'-dipyrenone etc.The mutagenicity of photoreac-tion products is higher in O2 and air,and lower in N2 than that of the precursor 1-nitropyrene, as detected by the bioassay.
