Basing on the economy and culture of the traditional agricultural society,the traditional residential environment was a type of passive adaptation to the nature,so it had no basic ensure of safety,convenience and comfort for habitation.Under the guide of modern ecology,the limitation to the residential environment should be broken down and the double needs of substance and spirit should be provided to content the people of the community.Thus,the sustainable development of residential environment should be truly realized.
