摘    要:应用活性炭进行了氮氧化物(Nox)的吸附试验研究。讨论了活性炭种类、填充质量、反应温度、氧气含量、活性炭的预处理等因素对NOx吸附效果的影响。研究结果表明:不同种活性填料对于吸附性能影响显著。吸附剂的质量、氧气含量增加,穿透时间变长;气体中NOx的体积百分比变大,穿透时间先增长后下降,在NOx的体积百分比约为25%时吸附效果最好;温度升高,穿透时间变小;预处理能提高穿透时间。

Abstract:Adsorption of nitrogen oxides(NOx) in activated carbon(AC) was experimentally studied.The effect of the kind of AC,the mass of AC,temperature,oxygen concentration and pretreatment were discussed.It was found that different kinds of ACs have great different adsorption performance,and breakthrough time increases with the increase of the mass of AC and oxygen concentration,and decreases with the increase of temperature.The highest breakthrough time is reached when the percentage of NO2 in NOX is about 25%.The pretreatment of AC can increase breakthrough time.
