摘    要:考察了三株硝基苯降解菌R.mucilaginosa、S.albidoflavus和M.luteus在不同超声条件下其降解性能的变化。实验结果表明:超声功率180 W,频率35 kHz,作用时间1 5 min时,能有效地提高硝基苯降解菌的降解率。在最佳超声条件下,与对照组相比,培养96 h后,三株菌的降解率分别提高了11...

Abstract:In this paper the low-intensity ultrasound(LIU) group and the control group were employed to investigate the microbial degradation of NB with Rhodotorula mucilaginosa Z1,Streptomgces albidoflavus Z2 and Micrococcus luteus Z3 under different conditions.The operation conditions were optimized as 35 kHz,180 W and 15 min for irradiation.Compared to control group,the NB removals in LIU group were increased by 11.3%,7.9% and 1.3% in 96 h and the initial ultrasound effects were observed at 15 h,17 h and 16 h in co...
